The project consisted of the following completed in two phases;Phase one includes:

– A new temporary pathway to be developed between dwellings 5 and 6
– Upgrade of existing access steps to remove first step from protruding out to the pedestrian pathway
– Temporary Handrail to be installed to retaining wall over the Christmas Holidays

Phase two involves:
– Retaining wall repairs (removal of damaged sections of wall and reinstate with RC concrete).
– Installation of new guard/hand rails along the repaired retaining wall
– Repairing of existing pathway and making good finishes will also form the completion of the works
